By utilizing an ultra-high pressure energy storage hydraulic system, the hydraulic safety cylinder is driven in both directions to achieve hydraulic safety and hydraulic cleaning of the crusher, as well as hydraulic locking and hydraulic motor adjustment. We simplify the equipment structure, basically eliminating accidents caused by overloading and other factors, making production operation adjustments more convenient. Advantages:
1. The GHP series cone crusher is equipped with an iron release hydraulic cylinder, which can quickly allow non crushable materials to pass through the crushing chamber. So as to shorten the downtime and reduce the damage of non crushable materials to the crusher;
2. Advanced lining plate fixing technology has improved the reliability of lining plate use. The fixed cone lining plate is engaged with the spiral inclined surface on the upper part of the fixed cone lining plate by the module, forming a self-locking mechanism; The dynamic cone lining plate is fixed by self-locking locking bolts;
3. The hydraulic motor drives the fixed cone to precisely adjust the ore discharge port, and can also rotate all the fixed cones out of the adjustment ring thread for easy replacement of the lining plate; Simply replace the dynamic cone lining plate, fixed cone lining plate, adapter ring, and wedge block fastening bolts to achieve arbitrary switching of the crushing chamber from standard extra coarse to short end EF;
4. All components of the crusher are equipped with wear-resistant protection to minimize maintenance costs.
