GC Series Jaw Crusher

There are two series of models for GC series jaw crushers. The first type is the famous conventional jaw crusher, including GC3054 GC110,GC125,GC140.  The second type is specifically designed for the needs of small mobile crushing stations, including GC96 and GC106. All GC series jaw crushers are used to crush hard rocks. The GC series jaw crusher adopts a high centrifugal force and steep elbow plate inclination angle design, which makes the effective stroke at the bottom of the crushing chamber larger. Large stroke, appropriate rotational speed and flywheel inertia, as well as high crushing utilization can ensure better crushing performance. Produced under a small discharge port, the GC series jaw crusher can produce finer crushing products than other jaw crushers.

Modular and non welded frame structure: The Vasoar GC series jaw crushers adopt innovative modular and non welded frame structures, which endow the equipment with maximum fatigue resistance and multiple installation methods. Combined with high-quality cast steel components and first-class ball rolling bearings, it fully ensures the high yield, efficiency, and low cost of crushing operations.

Quick and safe adjustment of ore discharge port: The Vasoar GC series jaw crushers are equipped with a double wedge block ore discharge port adjustment system, which has been proven in the industry for its sturdy and fast adjustment advantages. The double wedge block ore discharge port adjustment system is simpler, safer, and faster than the old-fashioned gasket adjustment. The discharge port of the crusher can be manually adjusted within a few minutes using a wrench, without the need to deal with dirty and bulky gaskets.
